Memorandum of Understanding between MUMS and University of Herat, Afghanistan.  
Preparing a draft of a Memorandum of Understanding between MUMS and UPM, Malaysia

Inviting Dr. Mohammad Ali Keshtgar, the professor of cancer surgery at UCL (University College of London) for a lecture and a workshop on Sentinel Lymph Node Biopsy in Breast Cancer. This two-day workshop was organized by Mashhad University Cancer Research Center. http://www.ucl.ac.uk/


Meeting with Dr. Marjaneh Fouladi, the faculty member of School of Nursing of Texas University (UTEP). Two research proposals and a workshop on quantitative researches are being followed by Mashhad School of Nursing and Midwifery. http://www.utep.edu/

Projects in progress by URIAS:


♦ To establish International Relations Committee of MUMS in order to come up with an international relations road map for the University;

To extend collaborations with WHO;

To encourage faculty members to apply for sabbatical leaves;

To organize training courses on international relations for the experts of the office;

To improve encouraging measures for participation of faculty members in national congresses;

To complete a data bank of health-related Universities and international organizations;
